What is Aldwyn?
Aldwyn is a kids' wear brand built around a simple idea: children outgrow clothes before clothes wear out.
We design garments to last, and a system to keep them in use — through return, repair, and rewear.
What are Aldwyn Dollars?
Aldwyn Dollars are credits you earn when you return outgrown items.
They’re applied toward your next New Arrivals purchase — making it easier to size up without starting over.
Why focus on kids' wear?
Because it’s the clearest place this system makes sense.
Children outgrow clothing quickly. Most pieces are still in great condition — they just no longer fit.
We build around that reality.
Where does "Aldwyn" come from?
The name comes from Old English, meaning “old friend” or “enduring companion.”
A nod to my better half, my wife from England as it perfectly reflects what we believe clothing should be — something that lasts, moves between families, and stays in use longer than one little kiddo.

How do I earn credit for returning my Aldwyn product?
When you initiate an exchange from your account's Orders, Returns & Exchanges page you'll earn 3 Aldwyn Dollars for every dollar you spent for purchase. Plus, exchanges have free return shipping.
To start your exchange, visit your Orders page, select the items you want to return, choose "Exchange," and select to schedule a shipping pick up or generate a QR code for drop off at UPS.
Once your shipment hits the road, your Aldwyn Dollars will be credited to your account and can be used on any New Arrivals purchase.
Do I need to return the item in perfect condition?
Nope! Your kids are growing, they're wearing, they're even tearing from time to time. We accept worn items and you'll be given Aldwyn Dollars
Do I get the full original price as credit?
You’ll earn 3 Aldwyn Dollars for each dollar spent to purchase the returned product. Every 300 Aldwyn Dollars will translate as $15 off your next purchase from New Arrivals.
Where can I see my Aldwyn Dollars?
Log into your account. You'll see your balance under "Aldwyn Dollars" where they'll automatically be applied at checkout of future New Arrivals purchases.
Can I use credit on Aldwyn Archive items?
No. Aldwyn Dollars can only be applied toward New Arrivals.
Is there a time limit to send back items for credit?
We recommend returning items within 6–12 months. The sooner we receive them, the more likely they can be reworn and resold, which helps everyone.
Do I get credit if I gift an item to someone else and they return it?
No. The original purchaser will receive Aldwyn Dollars for the return.
Can I return more than one item at once?
Yes! You can select multiple items from the same order to return together. Just visit your Orders, Returns & Exchanges page (or enter your order number if you don't have an account), select all the items you want to return, and we'll generate one QR code for the entire shipment. Pack everything together and drop it off at UPS or schedule a free home pickup.
Purchases & Refunds
Where do you ship?
We ship across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and the UK. We’re not offering international shipping just yet.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Use the return portal in your account to begin.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. You can return the original item and place a new order in the correct size or style.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account to track any active orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, but we recommend it. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and receive Aldwyn Dollars for purchases later on.
