How do I earn credit for returning my Aldwyn product?

Your order will include return instructions, including the return shipping label. If you've discarded your original shipping materials, including the return shipping label, you can receive a shipping label from the Orders page of your Account. Once we've received the product back, you'll receive credit for your next purchase of New Arrivals.

If you use the return shipping materials provided on your purchase, no need to file the return on the Orders page of your Account - once we've received the product back, you'll receive credit for your next purchase of New Arrivals.

Do I need to return the item in perfect condition?

We accept gently worn items. Just make sure they’re clean and free of damage we can’t repair (e.g., major stains, tears beyond mending).

Do I get the full original price as credit?

You’ll earn Aldwyn Credit based on the condition of the item and original purchase type. That will translate to 15% off your next purchase from our New Arrivals.

Where can I see my Aldwyn Credit codes?

Log into your account. Your Aldwyn Credit will appear under “My Credits.” You’ll be able to apply it at checkout for future New Arrivals purchases.

Can I use credit on Reworn items?

No. Aldwyn Credit can only be applied toward full-price New Arrivals. Reworn items are already discounted.

Is there a time limit to send back items for credit?

We recommend returning items within 6–12 months. The sooner we receive them, the more likely they can be reworn and resold, which helps everyone.

Do I get credit if I gift an item to someone else and they return it?

No, only the original purchaser (with an Aldwyn account) can receive credit for the return.

Can I return more than one item at once?

Yes — bundle your returns together!

Once we've received the products back, you'll receive unique credit codes for your next purchase, applicable to New Arrivals.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We’re not offering international shipping just yet.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that, depending on your location.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Use the return portal in your account to begin.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. You can return the original item and place a new order in the correct size or style.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account to track any active orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No, but we recommend it. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and receive credit for returns later on.
