Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Aldwyn offers both refunds and exchanges, but they work differently.

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges may still be available for items that have been worn or outgrown. If accepted through our exchange process, you'll receive Aldwyn Dollars toward a future New Arrivals purchase.

How to Start

To begin a return or exchange, go to Account → Orders → Returns & Exchanges. Select your order, choose your item(s), and generate a shipping label there.

If you do not have an account, email aldwyn@aldwyn.co with your order number and we'll help you directly.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, first submit it through Account → Orders → Returns & Exchanges.

If you do not have an account, email aldwyn@aldwyn.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship only to the United States and United Kingdom.

Refund Timing

Once a return is received and inspected, we'll confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary.
