We currently ship within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping
We offer express shipping on all orders as well. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with the shipped piece or when your child outgrows their Aldwyn piece, initiate a return through your account to generate a shipping label. Send it back so it can be refreshed, repaired, and re-loved.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. For orders below $99, a flat rate of $9.99 applies. A $15 return fee applies. Shipping of exchanged products is always free.
